Symrise – always inspiring more… **Your Role** * Collaborate closely with the Sensory and Consumer Insights (SCI) Manager and Specialist as part of cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of area activities to achieve project objectives. * Follow briefing guidelines to conduct discriminative, descriptive, and consumer tests aligned with defined objectives. This includes panel training, data collection, analysis, and reporting of results. * Adhere to established best practices for both sensory and consumer testing. Under the supervision of the SCI Specialist, implement new methodologies and ensure their correct daily application. * Manage and maintain the Symscript® library up-to-date and ensure materials are available for training and testing. * Conduct sensory tests safely, hygienically, and efficiently, ensuring sample preparation and presentation comply with required design specifications and food safety standards. * Ensure the quality of analytical\-sensory panel data through panel training and performance evaluation of panel members. * Contribute to knowledge and idea exchange with regional and local SCI teams by building internal networking within the area. * Integrate organizational sustainability and safety objectives into daily operations. * Update and\/or register sensory studies in CX and SharePoint systems, as well as in the area’s test management system. * Together with the SCI Specialist, manage and maintain laboratory supplies\/inventory for sensory evaluation, including incentives for sensory panelists. **Your Profile** **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in Sensory and Consumer Evaluation within the food industry or related fields, demonstrating solid foundational knowledge and understanding of the discipline. **Academic Qualification:** Food Chemistry degree or related field. **Language:** English C1 (preferred), B2 (mandatory). **Technical Knowledge:** Sensory software such as Fizz, Compusense, or EyeQuestion; data analysis software such as XL\-Stat, Mat\-lab, Mini\-tab, R, etc. **Competencies:** Communication, interpersonal skills, analytical and proactive mindset, teamwork, results orientation, and time management. **Travel required.** **Our Offer** We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
