We are currently seeking a **Senior Recruitment Implementation Specialist** Salary: **$38,000\.00** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, with availability Work Mode: Hybrid Location: **Tultepec, State of Mexico** Project (Duration): Indefinite term. **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure the quality and integrity of departmental information by validating, cross-referencing, and analyzing candidate, employee, and metric databases. * Cross-reference and validate databases to detect duplicates, inconsistencies, or missing data. * Verify that data entry processes comply with defined standards and generate alerts for critical errors. * Build and maintain recruitment metric dashboards (time-to-fill, sourcing channels, conversion rates). * Prepare periodic reports with verified data for the team and management. * Keep candidate, employee, vendor, and metric databases up to date. * Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel through data analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * \+2 years of experience in data analysis, Recruitment, or HR. * Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (required). * Basic SQL. * ATS experience (desirable). **Skills:** Core competencies: attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, and clear communication. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits: * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 12 vacation days in the first year. * 25% vacation premium. * 10% grocery vouchers. * SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute coverage). * Life insurance.
