This role will focus on planning, coordinating, and leading technology projects related to applications, infrastructure, integrations, migrations, and continuous improvement within corporate environments for a major multinational automotive company. **What You’ll Do** * Lead end-to-end IT projects, from discovery through rollout and closure. * Manage technical tasks related to infrastructure, systems, integrations, security, networks, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms. * Coordinate functional and technical teams involved in SAP (FI, MM, SD, Basis, ABAP or other modules). * Oversee integration activities between SAP and external systems (APIs, middleware, cloud services). * Lead resource planning, scheduling, roadmaps, milestones, and technical dependencies. * Manage technical and operational risks through early identification, analysis, and mitigation. * Document technical and functional requirements, RACI matrices, process diagrams, and agreements. * Ensure smooth communication among SAP teams, cloud teams, development, QA, and business stakeholders. * Manage changes, technical approvals, and quality controls at each project phase. * Lead technical and functional sessions: backlog refinement, estimations, deliverable reviews, validations. * Supervise deployment processes, testing, UAT, migrations, and cutover. * Implement and reinforce PMO standards, IT governance, hybrid methodologies, and best practices. * Manage project budget, cost control, variances, and forecasting. * Develop executive reports on progress, risks, KPIs, and required decisions. **We Expect You To Have** **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * 7+ years managing complex IT projects. * SAP: basic functional understanding of modules (FI, MM, SD), transports, configurations, middleware integrations, and APIs — desirable. * Cloud (AWS/Azure): basic understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS fundamentals, reference architectures, and deployments — desirable. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, integrations (REST, SOAP, ESB, ETL), databases, and change management (ITIL) — desirable. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar. * Methodologies: PMI, Agile, Scrum, RACI, WBS/EDT, technical roadmaps, or similar. * Bilingual (English B2): constant interaction with international stakeholders.
