Sonora.** **What Will You Do Daily?** As a Senior Cashier, you will perform diverse tasks to ensure the store looks immaculate and ready to welcome our customers, while supervising and guiding a team to achieve results. **Your key responsibilities will include:** · Processing product payments at checkout lanes and performing cash drawer reconciliations. · Performing sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise restocking, shelf cleaning, and product cleaning. · Delivering and promoting excellent customer service by providing assistance or making sales on the sales floor, as well as addressing customer feedback or recommendations. · Store opening or closing procedures. · Unloading products arriving from the Distribution Center. · Participating in developing action plans to achieve store objectives. · Administrative tasks including receiving suppliers, handling cash, recording inventory in the system, and managing shrinkage. · Maintaining cleanliness and care of common areas. · Leading compliance with company policies and procedures. **What Are We Looking For?** At JOi, work is highly dynamic and our daily routine is very active—you will always have tasks to perform.
