Focus on proactivity and continuous learning We are looking for a **Semi-Senior / Senior C\# .NET Developer** to join our team in **Mexico City (on-site, full-time)**. This is a permanent position focused on enhancing and scaling our platforms—not a project-based role. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 5–7 years of development experience with **C\# and .NET (Framework and Core)** * **SQL Server** (queries, stored procedures, optimization) * **MVC/MVVM** * **Blazor** * Server maintenance and deployment * **Azure DevOps** (GitHub/TFS) **Desirable / Plus:** * Web UI design (front-end markup) * Playwright (automated testing) * Scraping and emerging technologies **Personal Profile:** * Proactivity and results orientation * Teamwork and clear communication * Passion for continuous learning **We Offer:** * Competitive salary compliant with local labor law (finalized during interview) * **12 days of vacation** starting from the first year * Schedule: **Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00; Friday until 15:00** * Job stability and growth opportunities Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Company parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
