Integration of AI into software architectures **Senior AI Solutions Engineer \- Advanced English Remote** **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full-time, 100% remote We are seeking a **Senior AI Solutions Engineer** with **advanced English proficiency** to design, evaluate, and integrate AI solutions into systems, ensuring **explainability, reliability, and usability** for both technical and non-technical users. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design and implementation of prompts** for large language models (LLMs), including techniques such as *prompt chaining*, evaluation, and iterative improvement. * **Interdisciplinary collaboration** with engineers and stakeholders to ensure AI outputs are interpretable and aligned with business objectives. * **Integration of AI into software architectures**, applying sound design principles and engineering best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Only candidates residing in and authorized to work in Mexico (mandatory)** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (completed). * **Minimum of 3 years** of experience in **advanced prompt engineering** (design, evaluation, optimization). * Practical use of **LLMs in real-world scenarios** (generation, analysis, automation). * Familiarity with: **AI-assisted development tools** and **business-oriented or consulting environments**. * **Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI Services, RAG, and .Net** * **Advanced conversational English proficiency (mandatory)** **Desirable** * Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design. * **Claude Code** or similar tools. * Understanding of **data science concepts** (data quality, interpretation, and limitations). * Technologies such as **C\#, TypeScript, and SQL**. **Competencies and Skills** * **Customer-centric**, solution-oriented approach. * Strong **analytical thinking** and technical judgment. * Autonomous work style with high **team collaboration**. * **Effective communication** and adaptability. **Benefits** * Initial 6-month contract under fee-for-service arrangement * Major Medical Insurance \+ additional benefits. * 100% remote work model. * Learning bonus.
