Our agile approach ensures exceptional service and innovative solutions for our clients. ### **About the Role** *We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with experience in agile transformation processes, to support teams and the organization in adopting and evolving agile practices.* *This role features a strong operational component (facilitating Scrum teams) combined with a strategic focus, collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives and acting as an agent of change within the organization.* *We seek a candidate capable of working closely with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster an outcome-oriented agile culture.* ### **Requirements** * \+ 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in companies implementing agility. * Experience participating in agile transformation processes. * Experience working with multiple teams or complex structures. * Experience with agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban. Agile metrics and continuous improvement. Backlog management and collaboration with Product Owners, and agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar). **NICE TO HAVE:** * Certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe or others) * Experience in corporate / enterprise environments * Knowledge of change management ### **Responsibilities** * *Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective).* * *Support one or more teams in adopting agile practices.* * *Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery.* * *Collaborate with Product Owners to improve backlog management and prioritization.* * *Ensure proper application of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).* * *Measure and provide visibility into agile metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability, etc.).* * *Drive continuous improvements in processes, practices, and team dynamics.* * *Support organizational-level agile transformation initiatives.* * *Train and mentor teams and stakeholders on agile methodologies.* ### **We Offer** * On-site work at our Monterrey offices * Salary in USD * GCP certifications covered * Referral Program * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding startup * Work in global, multicultural environments
