The ideal candidate must possess an established pipeline of mid- to large-sized merchants, feel comfortable working collaboratively within a team, serve as a key player within it, and work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to build new agreements and review existing partnerships. **What Will I Be Doing?** * Achieve goals and deliver results by building strategic relationships with merchants and decision-makers. * Prospect, negotiate, and close deals with AAA accounts within a short timeframe. * Understand the sales cycle for card-present payment products. * Manage internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement measurable projects and support the company’s accelerated growth. **Ideal Candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on negotiation, strategic partnerships, customer relationship management, and business development in the payments industry. * Proven experience managing stakeholders within matrixed organizations (both internal and external). * Mandatory experience in the payments industry, with a demonstrable track record in building sales pipelines and exceeding targets for card-present payment solutions. * Ability to adapt to ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. * Mastery of negotiation, business development, customer relationship management, consulting, and project management skills. * Self-driven profile with high motivation, analytical thinking, and demonstrated negotiation and business development capabilities.
