




Job Summary: The Sales Executive is an electricity professional responsible for driving the marketing and sales of equipment within the Mexican electrical sector, combining administrative work and fieldwork. The Sales Executive is an electricity professional responsible for driving the marketing and sales of equipment within the Mexican electrical sector. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, this position requires an analytical profile, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The role combines office-based administrative work with extensive nationwide fieldwork. General Activities and Responsibilities: Marketing and Sales: Promote and sell equipment in the high-voltage electrical sector, specializing in Distribution and Power Transformers. Project and Tender Management: Perform project costing and actively participate in public and private tender processes, in coordination with management, as well as import-related procedures. Administrative Management: Manage databases using Microsoft Office and ERP systems for tracking sales and projects. Technical\-Commercial Support: Read and interpret basic technical drawings to provide accurate equipment advice. Fieldwork: Travel across the Mexican Republic to visit clients or supervise projects, undertaking out-of-town assignments lasting from 1 to more than 4 weeks. Essential Requirements: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in Spanish and Technical English. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of high-voltage equipment or similar. We Offer: Guaranteed base salary plus commissions of up to 4% of gross profit.
