Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 35,000–40,000 gross per month, statutory benefits, 100% nominal salary, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, and Training Program. **\*Initial 2-month contract, extended to indefinite term based on performance\*** * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: Remote **What We’re Looking For** * 3–4 years of experience as an RPA Developer Engineer, RPA Developer, RPA Consultant, or RPA Specialist * 2–3 years in requirements management, information gathering, and stakeholder and business user engagement * 2–3 years developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere 360 Bot Creator, Control Room, unattended and attended bots, MetaBots, reusable packages, and cloud-based automation (A360). Bot Insight (preferred) * 2–3 years using programming/scripting languages such as Java, VBScript, JavaScript, or Python for complementary logic and APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integration * 2–3 years in data integration, advanced Excel (macros, large datasets), and handling files including CSV, TXT, PDF.
