To further strengthen our leadership in Sustainability and Engineering in Spain and Mexico, we seek to incorporate into our team **an architect to perform the functions of a retail construction supervisor.**
**What will you do?**
We are seeking a retail construction supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in:
* Supporting the projects department by supervising construction works to ensure compliance with minimum contractual and project specifications.
* Monitoring and tracking junior consultants and their progress on projects.
* Scheduling periodic site meetings with all involved parties, ensuring follow-up and control for proper progress of works.
* Reporting work progress after each site visit by drafting the site meeting minutes.
* Preparing biweekly reports to inform the Client about the status and progress of the construction.
* Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and schedule objectives defined in the construction contract.
* Partial and final measurements/certifications.
* Resolving conflicts with suppliers, workers, and other parties involved in the construction.
* Proposing improvements to the construction process.
* Providing continuous support and communication to the projects department.
* Collecting final construction documentation from all suppliers.
* Managing construction timelines.
* Handling procedures and contracting for various essential services required for operations (CFE, water, gas, etc).
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, along with general knowledge of installations.
* Demonstrable experience as a construction supervisor.
* Knowledge of applicable regulations.
* Proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and initiative-driven individual.
* Leadership ability and strong conflict-resolution skills.
