Professional development in energy savings and efficiency At FIDEICOMISO 728 FIPATERM, we invite you to join our team as a Residential Energy Advisor and carry out electricity-saving and efficiency measures in collaboration with the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). Requirements: * Completed or ongoing technical program in Electricity. * Experience in electrical measurement work (low and medium voltage). * Customer service experience. * Valid driver's license. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Fundamental knowledge of electricity. * Punctuality. * Responsibility and productivity. * Residency in Saltillo, Coahuila. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct low-voltage energy audits for CFE customers. * Administer, organize, evaluate, and execute service requests generated by CFE customers due to complaints or electric service reviews. * Prepare weekly productivity reports. Training is provided in the residential electrical sector covering topics such as: * Testing of residential and commercial installations. * Electricity tariffs. * Energy-saving advisory for residential and commercial sectors. * Generation of energy audit reports. Job Information: * Monday to Friday. * Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Statutory benefits. * Company vehicle assigned during working hours. * Office and field work. * Bi-weekly payroll.
