Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, classifying, and preparing materials, as well as inventory control and warehouse maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw material receiving and inspection 2. Inventory control and warehouse management 3. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations * Receive and verify raw materials against purchase orders and invoices. * Perform basic visual quality checks (defects in leather, color shades, thicknesses, moisture content). * Classify and arrange materials by type, batch, and rotation. * Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. * Record incoming and outgoing materials in ERP systems or manual logs. * Prepare and issue materials according to production orders. * Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories. * Monitor inventory shrinkage and report discrepancies. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards (handling chemicals such as adhesives).
