Description

Position Summary: A quality professional responsible for document control, procedure development, tracking of training and internal audits to ensure food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Manages documentation and procedures for the quality and food safety management system. 2. Participates in internal audits and food safety training. 3. Collaborates on continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards. Description and details of responsibilities * Maintains proper control, safekeeping, and registration of documents for the bottling plant's quality and food safety management system. * Participates in the creation and updating of Procedures, Manuals, Work Instructions, and Forms assigned to the Quality Assurance area or identified as opportunities for improvement. * Schedules and tracks compliance with the training program as applicable to the Quality Assurance area and the Novamex Bottling Plants Food Safety Team. * Supports reviews of activities or pending tasks assigned by the Bottling Plants BPM Supervisor. * Develops product traceability and recall programs. * Generates monthly and semi-annual performance indicators (Complaints, Training, Traceability, and MIP). * Plans internal audits (SGIA) and coordinates their execution. * Organizes meetings and follows up on complaints and nonconformities (NC) reported by the Quality Assurance department. * Maintains the Integrated Pest Management prerequisite at the plant. * Participates in delivering internal training courses related to product safety. * Tracks objectives and projects assigned by the Quality Assurance Coordinator. * Participates in and complies with requirements of internal and external audits.
