MAJOR LOGISTICS COMPANY REQUESTS QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR * Status changes in the system for semi-finished products. * Release of finished product from the reconditioning area. * Inspection and release of packaging materials (Label, box, instruction manual) * Keep updated the status of products with expiration dates approaching. * Preparation and delivery of documentation for the reconditioning area. * Release of product providing customer service by performing status changes for correct order fulfillment. * Preparation of arrival product RIM * Product sampling * Review of manufacturing instructions * Review of * Review and inspection of materials supplied according to the Production Order * Product nature changes in the system. * Report any detected deviations to the Quality Engineer. * Download information from dataloggers in warehouse areas * Perform temperature chart changes. * Inspect finished product during and upon completion of reconditioning. * Comply with the company's established internal control policies, procedures, and processes. * Sending documentation to the Customer * Pursue continuous improvement in strategic area processes, as well as participate in quality-focused activities. * Inventory experience. Requirements: * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in a related field. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in the position. * Availability of schedule.
