Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop 3D models, drawings, renders, and executive projects for industrial warehouses using BIM software. Key Highlights: 1. Generation of design proposals and resolution of construction details. **Job Description:** Development of 3D models, drawings, renders, executive projects, and quantity takeoffs using BIM software for industrial warehouse projects. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 3 \- 5 years of experience developing schematic and executive projects using Revit. * Service-oriented attitude. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural and executive projects for the industrial sector, including the following drawings: Architectural Plans, Earthworks, Grading Plans, Foundation Layouts, Masonry Plans, Finishes, Ceilings, Carpentry, Glazing, Ironwork, and Equipment Layouts. * Modeling of architecture, steel structures, and concrete structures in Revit (LOD 200\-300\). * Extraction of material quantities from the Revit model. * Creation of renders using software (Twinmotion, Lumion, Photoshop). * Generation of design proposals. * Resolution of construction details. * Management and updating of construction documents. * Preparation of submittals. * Coordination across engineering disciplines. **Required Knowledge/Skills:** * Basic\-Intermediate AutoCAD (Mandatory) * Advanced Revit (Mandatory) * Basic\-Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory) * Basic\-Intermediate Dynamo (Desirable) * Familiarity with Mexican construction codes and regulations. * Project change management to produce As\-Built deliverables. * Basic\-Intermediate Navisworks (Desirable) Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
