Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state\-of\-the\-art vehicles across the world.**Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct and track Risk Analyses at all phases of the PDP * Conduct and track Project Feasibility Analyses at Phases 0, 1, 2 \& 3 * Conduct and track Plant Capability Analyses * Develop Dimensional Measurement Plans according to Customer Requirements and GD\&T * Conduct and track Supplier Capability Analyses until their PPAP is closed * Monitor Supplier Production Capacity Plans * Conduct and implement Control Plans at all stages of Project Development * Create Pre\-Production Build and Validation Plans * Conduct Appearance and Craftsmanship Reviews with Customers * Participate in Gate Reviews and capture applicable position information into the TraX system * Participate in Monthly Project Development Reviews, present status reports to Management Staff * Develop and Validate Gauges, Checking Fixtures, Instruments and Measurement Methods for Component Assembly * VA/VE \- MCRP * APQP \& PPAP Processes for Suppliers * EDI Validation (Customers and Suppliers) * Develop and Document Launch Readiness Audits * Develop the Process for Approval of Molded Component Appearance * Develop Boundary Samples (Customer and Supplier) * Develop and Document Production Process Validation * Develop and Implement the Safe Launch Plan or equivalent document for Customers * Confirm IMDS process with Customers and Suppliers * Certification of Governmental and Regulatory Requirements * Release processes and develop Run at Rate with Customer * Document PPAP with Customer * Develop and Release Measurement and Validation Plan with Customer * Develop Simulated Production Runs (Burst Builds) * Actively participate in all meetings and visits required for Project activity development **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
