This person must possess programming skills to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness. Due to the nature of our company, the lathe operator role does not always require 100% dedicated lathe operation; therefore, the candidate must be willing and able to perform other tasks related to activities in an industrial mechanical workshop. Welding skills will be considered a plus and may result in additional compensation. A minimum of four to five years of experience in this position is required, along with availability to participate in various projects, travel, and solid knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation.
