Autonomous fault diagnosis to reduce downtime We seek an **Advanced PLC \& Automation Technical Specialist Sr** capable of performing advanced troubleshooting independently and delivering specialized support for automation systems within high-tech production lines. This role targets professionals with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in industrial control. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing PLC systems, analyzing control logic using Function Blocks (FB), and performing advanced alarm diagnostics on platforms such as Siemens, Allen\-Bradley, or Mitsubishi. Additionally, they will participate in modifying and enhancing HMI interfaces to improve operational efficiency and system visibility. Responsibilities include autonomous diagnosis of faults in electrical and control systems, aiming to reduce downtime (MTTR) and ensure operational continuity. The candidate must also possess knowledge of industrial networks such as Ethernet/IP and Profinet, as well as data communication between robots and PLCs. This role includes industrial hardware maintenance and configuration activities, including sensors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and servo controllers, contributing to the stability and performance of automated systems in high-volume manufacturing environments.
