This role ensures high-quality manufacturing, defect resolution, and continuous improvement in welding operations, including manual, automated, and robotic systems. **What You'll Do** * Inspect and resolve defects in workpieces using various tools, technologies, and diagnostic methods. * Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance policies and manufacturing procedures. * Design, develop, and/or maintain manufacturing processes for welding metallic components into required configurations. * Apply expertise in manual and automated welding systems to safely and precisely produce high-quality metal structures. * Execute assigned projects efficiently while driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Program, integrate, and install industrial robots and COBOTS, including CLOOS, ABB, YASKAWA, and VECTIS platforms (prior experience required). **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English required (preferred). **Ideal Candidate Skills:** **Welding – Manufacturing (MFG):** * Knowledge of welding methods, parameters, and industry standards. * Familiarity with manual and automated welding systems. **Engineering – Manufacturing (MFG):** * Ability to apply engineering principles to improve welding operations. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. **Collaborative Automation:** * Skill and experience operating COBOTS and ensuring safe human–machine interaction.
