Direct collaboration with the manufacturing team for continuous improvement **CNC Programmer (Tool Shop)** **Position Description:** Are you an expert in high-precision mold and component manufacturing? In our Tool Shop unit, we seek a CNC Programmer with technical vision and a process optimization focus to ensure maximum quality in every part. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions (employment stability is mandatory). * Education: Technical degree in Machine Tools, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Software: Advanced proficiency in CREO (2D/3D) and WorkNC (mandatory). * Machining: Solid experience in 5-axis machining and plastic injection molds. * Controls: Expert operation of Fanuc and Siemens controls, as well as CNC lathes. * Technical Knowledge: o Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and G-code. o Tool setup and use of precision measuring instruments. o Autonomous maintenance of CNC machinery. o Desired: Knowledge of surface and cylindrical grinding. * Digital Tools: Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office suite. **Key Responsibilities:** * CAD/CAM programming for highly complex components. * Optimization of cycle times and cutting processes. * Ensuring dimensional quality of manufactured parts. * Direct collaboration with the manufacturing team to improve processes. **Compensation Offer:** * Monthly Salary: $33,000 MXN gross. * Christmas Bonus: 17 days. * Vacation Premium: 35%. * Savings Fund: 5%. * Grocery Vouchers: 11% monthly. * Attendance Bonus: Monthly. * Vacation Days: 12 days starting from the first year. * Life Insurance: Coverage equal to 12 months of salary.
