Work Location: San Lorenzo Tepatitlán **Job Objective** Manufacture mold components using CNC and conventional machining processes, and perform their assembly and fitting according to drawings and technical specifications. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum: Mechatronics Technician **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in mold machining and CAM programming **Required Experience** * \+5 years in CNC (verifiable) * Solid experience in: * Machining centers (3-axis) * Hands-on machine operation * Basic–intermediate programming * Specific experience in: * Molds (cores, cavities) * Fixturing devices * Production and/or toolroom environments **Key Technical Skills** * CNC programming (G and M codes) * CAM (primarily PowerMill) * CAD (basic/intermediate modeling) * Drawing interpretation * Machine setup * Cutting tools (selection and wear assessment) * In-machine adjustments * 5S and operational discipline * Autonomous maintenance **Languages:** * Basic English **Main Responsibilities** * Operate CNC machines to manufacture mold components * Operate conventional machinery (lathe and milling machine) * Program in G and M codes and CAM software * Execute programs on CNC machinery * Assemble and fit mold components per drawings * Perform autonomous maintenance on machinery **Responsibilities** * Verify raw materials comply with drawing specifications * Operate machinery safely * Meet production timelines and quality standards * Validate CAM programs prior to execution * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area * Report machinery failures immediately * Anticipate tooling requirements * Comply with company safety regulations **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Food vouchers * Punctuality bonus * Savings fund * Statutory benefits If interested, please send your CV via WhatsApp at 237 126 2080 Job Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
