




**Job Summary:**Responsible for managing and directing resources during the launch of new programs and engineering changes, following APQP methodology guidelines. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of Geometric DimensioningTolerancing (GD\&T). * Knowledge and practical application of Core Tools (Advanced APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA). * Strong negotiation skills. * Experience working with customer portals (Ford, GM, and Stellantis). * Proficiency in problem\-solving methodologies and analytical tools. * Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. * Advanced English proficiency. **Working Conditions** * Both office setting and production environment * Constant communication with employees, peers, and management **Effort/Physical Demands** * Ability to work on computer for long periods of time * Ability to be present on the production floor on a daily basis **Health and Safety Responsibilities** * Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures * Must use or wear personal protective equipment and certain clothing as required by the Company * **Back\-up Duties:** * Perform other duties as required **Company Description:** A Global leader in the production of quality metal parts, assemblies and modules, and of fluid management systems.
