Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **CORE PURPOSE** Coordinate, plan and ensure the timely and successful implementation of new programs and projects assigned to CSL, according to Magna's internal standards and specific customer requirements. Lead the multidisciplinary team through adherence to the **CPMP** process, ensuring product launches on time, cost, quality and manufacturability, while optimizing communication among departments, customers and suppliers. ### **EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. * Master's degree in Project Management or MBA preferred. * Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry with proven project management experience. * Advanced knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949\. * Advanced English proficiency required. ### **DECISIONS AND AUTHORITY OF THE POSITION** * Coordinate and lead the multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with the project master plan (CPMP). * Make decisions regarding task prioritization and risk escalation due to deviations in deliverables or project risks. * Validate compliance with the engineering change process, ensuring implementation within budget and timelines. * Evaluate quotations and ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements prior to approval. * Provide technical approval for development phase deliverables (Gate reviews, buy\-offs, MRDs, PPAP). * Halt project processes or activities if they pose risks to safety, quality or customer compliance. ### **DIMENSIONS (RESOURCES MANAGED):** * Multifunctional project team (without direct hierarchical authority). * Program budget management. * Tracking of technical and material resources to meet milestones. * Coordination with external suppliers and internal departments. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
