




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, safety and hygiene laws, as well as planning and managing production to optimize inventory and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Project coordination and continuous improvement * Comply with and enforce company policies and plant procedures and regulations. * Collaborate with the company to comply with all applicable laws and legal provisions regarding Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Management. * Support department functions to foster an organizational culture reflecting corporate philosophy. * Demonstrate and maintain respectful and honest conduct toward company employees. * Monitor customer portals (Ford, Renault, GM, FCA) and follow up on actions to improve Delivery Score / Customer Ratings when below 100%. * Analyze customer requirements, assess variations, identify requirements related to contracted capacity, and communicate constraints to customers. * Generate the Master Production Schedule based on ideal inventory levels, capacity, and optimized production line output. * Develop the Master Production Plan, ensuring on-time delivery to customers. * Analyze and maintain finished goods (FG) and work-in-process (WIP) at ideal inventory levels. * Update FG\+WIP PFEP and develop action plans to reduce Top 10 Over Stock items, while communicating risks associated with Top 10 Under Stock items. * Coordinate weekly MPS / S\&OE meetings with cross-functional teams for collaborative decision-making. * Review raw material constraints with the Supply Planning team. * Track new projects for Start of Production (SOP), coordinating with the Launch Leader. * Maintain part number parameters in SAP to ensure data integrity. * Perform WIP\+FG inventory forecasting aligned with organizational objectives. * Ensure adherence to shipping windows, maintaining zero past-due shipments.
