End-to-end management of vehicle preparation and delivery at an automotive dealership 2. Ensuring quality standards and proposing continuous improvements 3. Leadership in automotive aesthetics and inventory control Supervision and management of activities related to vehicle preparation and delivery at an automotive dealership. \*Vehicle washing and drying. \*Performing automotive aesthetic services. \*Interior and exterior conditioning. \*Vehicle polishing and waxing. \*Pre-delivery vehicle inspection. \*Mechanical pre-delivery checks (15/30). \*Inventory control. \*Coordination of vehicle transfers. \*Maintenance of logs and reports. \*Verifying that vehicles meet quality standards and are ready for delivery. \*Reporting incidents and generating proposals for continuous improvement. Requirements: \*Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-delivery operations at an automotive dealership. \*Knowledge of vehicle delivery processes, automotive quality, and inventory control. \*Proactive attitude. \*Leadership ability. \*Valid driver's license. \*Automotive Mechanics Technician qualification.
