We are looking for a **PLC Leader** with solid experience in industrial automation, controller programming, HMI development, and industrial network diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience and participate in integration, commissioning, and process optimization projects. **Profile We Are Seeking:** **Education:** Mechatronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Automation. **Requirements:** **\+ 5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation, with solid knowledge of:** * PLC: Allen Bradley, Siemens * Advanced Ladder logic, ST (desired), AOI/UDT, troubleshooting * HMI: PanelView, diagnostics, alarms * Networks: Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus * Safety: PLC, relays, light curtains, scanners * Robot integration: Robots, vision, pneumatic VFDs, screwdrivers, IO-Link, remote I/O, Cognex/Keyence vision systems, frequency inverters **Competencies:** * Supervise and coordinate the PLC programming team. * Define and document programming and control standards. * Coordinate technically with clients to align system control requirements. * Provide on-site support during critical startups and problem resolution. * Validate control logic and conduct functional tests. * Generate technical reports and programming documentation. * Comply with industrial safety protocols during testing and startups. **Key Responsibilities:** * PLC programming and configuration (Allen Bradley, Siemens). * Supervise and coordinate the PLC programming team. * Define and document programming and control standards (best practices, structure, criteria). * Coordinate technically with clients to ensure alignment of system control requirements. * Provide on-site support during critical startups and resolve issues during commissioning. * Validate control logic and perform functional PLC tests. * Generate technical reports and programming documentation (including document control/versioning). * Ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols during testing and startups. **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2 level). **Willingness to travel:** Yes, as required by project needs.
