Job Summary: Grupo Coresa is seeking a Payment Assistant to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness while complying with tax policies and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Santa Maria, Monterrey Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday mornings (on-call shifts) Job objective: Ensure payments are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with tax policies and internal controls Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration (recent graduates welcome) * Preferred experience of 1 year in activities related to payment scheduling, data entry, account reconciliation, review and validation of supporting invoices, etc. * INTERMEDIATE–ADVANCED Excel (mandatory) We offer: * Salary range: $14K–$17K monthly gross (taxes still withheld) * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Bonuses * Internal development Contact us at 8122024459 by sending your updated CV or apply via our platform—we’re waiting for you!
