We are seeking: **BYD SALTILLO** Dealership\- **PARTS DEPARTMENT MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** * Management and control of the parts warehouse * Inventory supervision (receipts, issuances, and minimum stock levels) * Order management and supplier relations * Timely fulfillment to the workshop and showroom areas * Inventory turnover analysis * Obsolescence and shrinkage control * Coordination and leadership of the parts team * Preparation of reports and performance indicators (KPIs) **Requirements:** * Experience in automotive parts * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management * Proficiency in administrative systems * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation * Technical degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break) Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Availability during month-end closing **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions * Statutory benefits * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,451\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
