Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **Core Purpose of the Position:** Execute operations on transfer or tandem presses, ensuring product quality, compliance with safety standards and process efficiency through proper parameter setup, adherence to work instructions, and resolution of basic technical issues, serving as an operational reference for your team. ### **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma completed. Industrial technician desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year operating presses or in the industry in a similar role (experience at Magna or similar company desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Press operation * Quality defect detection for Class A parts * Industrial safety * Basic reading of drawings or visual guides * Use of vernier calipers, gauges and go/no\-go gauges **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
