Operations Director – Cafeterias **Job Description** We are seeking an Operations Director with experience in the cafeteria and food & beverage industry, responsible for leading the overall operations of all branches, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, service quality, and compliance with standards. The candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategies, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily operations of all branches. * Ensure compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. * Design and implement efficient operational processes. * Monitor operational KPIs, sales, costs, and profitability. * Lead and develop managerial and operational teams. * Coordinate the opening of new branches. * Manage inventory, suppliers, and procurement. * Implement strategies for continuous improvement and resource optimization. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Develop strategies to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement departments. * Prepare executive reports and performance analyses for senior management. **Required Knowledge:** * Operation and administration of cafeterias or food and beverage chains. * Cost, inventory, and shrinkage control. * Operational KPIs and performance indicator analysis. * Budget management and strategic planning. * Customer service and experience management. * Food hygiene and safety regulations. * Recruitment, training, and leadership of operational staff. * Branch opening and expansion processes. * POS systems and administrative software proficiency. * Commercial strategies and sales growth. * Significant reduction in staff turnover **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Business, Tourism, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Mandatory experience in cafeterias, restaurants, or food and beverage chains. * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Strong organizational and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel between branches. **Key Competencies:** * Strategic leadership * Problem solving * Planning and organization * Commercial orientation * Working under pressure * Decision making * Results orientation * Emotional intelligence Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
