This role combines **data analysis, process improvement, and operational execution**, with high exposure across multiple areas. About you Job Objective Ensure standardization, analysis, and continuous improvement of operational processes through data utilization, process documentation, and participation in transformation projects—contributing to effective operational adoption and risk reduction. Key Responsibilities * Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities. * Support transformation projects (process mapping, design, and documentation). * Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel) for KPI tracking. * Participate in operational reviews at distribution centers (CEDIS) and distribution processes. * Document processes, workflows, and improvements (diagrams, procedures). * Follow up on audit and internal control findings. * Coordinate and ensure execution of process-related training. * Provide user support to ensure correct adoption of processes.
