Job Description Eosol Group is seeking an **Operations and Maintenance (O\&M) Technician** with proven experience in the solar sector to join our team. If you have a solid track record in managing and maintaining solar power plants and hold the mandatory certification in power electronics, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on photovoltaic solar installations. * Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults. * Monitor plant performance and optimize power generation. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Prepare technical and progress reports. * Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes. * Perform work at height and in high-voltage installations, always adhering to established safety measures. * Operate specialized diagnostic tools and equipment. * Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Participate in the commissioning of new projects. **Essential Requirements:** * **Minimum 5 years’ experience** in operation and maintenance of photovoltaic solar power plants. * **Mandatory certification in power electronics.** * Technical education in Electricity, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field. * In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, structures, and cabling. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings. * Proficiency in fault diagnosis and problem resolution. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Strong commitment to safety and procedural compliance. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SCADA monitoring and control software. * Knowledge of other renewable energy technologies. * Additional safety certifications (working at height, confined spaces, etc.). * Technical English proficiency. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
