Our benefits package includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 30,000 monthly base salary, statutory benefits, 100% nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Vacation Days and Paid Leave, Year-end Bonus (Aguinaldo), and Training Program \[access to ISTQB, Scrum, HASTQB, etc. courses and certifications after 3 months. * **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Arrangement**: Hybrid **What We’re Looking For?** * 2–3 years of experience as: Applications Engineer, Middleware Support, SysAdmin, Infrastructure Support, or Middleware Administrator * Desired experience in banking, financial services, or FinTech sectors * Availability to respond to incidents, maintenance windows, migrations, etc. * 2–3 years of experience with Windows Server, Linux (RedHat, CentOS, RHEL) operating systems, and web servers IIS, (Middleware) WAS, IBM, JBoss, WildFly, Apache Tomcat; automation and scripting using PowerShell, Shell Scripting (Bash), or Python * 2–3 years of experience configuring and administering integration orchestrators (Apigee, TIBCO, Zapier, MuleSoft, etc.) and API Gateways (routing, policies, versioning) such as Nginx, AWS, Azure, or API Manager * 1–2 years of experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Prometheus for performance monitoring and log analysis * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (basic concepts) or migration toward AWS/Azure environments * Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira, Zendesk, etc. * Highly desirable: knowledge of .NET or Java frameworks **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree — Incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Financial Services **Skills:** * Middleware applications and APIs * AWS infrastructure support * Linux/UNIX web servers * IIS, .NET, Java, scripting (Bash) * Windows containers *This job posting originates from Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e135af5b00003e004d0dcf\&source\=indeed*
