Be part of Mexico’s largest private university. **Health Sciences Faculty** **Internal Medicine** **Position Objective:** Develop the ability to identify, diagnose, treat, and follow up on the most common adult diseases, integrating a clinical, preventive, and humanistic approach that enables comprehensive patient care within Internal Medicine. **Responsibilities:** * Recognize the pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, and diagnostic approaches for the most prevalent diseases across different adult organ systems. * Apply clinical reasoning to formulate differential diagnoses and appropriate therapeutic plans. * Integrate laboratory, diagnostic testing, and imaging knowledge into the diagnostic and treatment process. * Develop clinical skills for comprehensive physical examination and interpretation of signs and symptoms. * Provide individualized follow-up for each student. **Requirements:** * A medical, physical therapy, nursing, clinical chemistry, or related degree and professional license are mandatory. * A master’s degree with official title and license is desirable. * Minimum three years of teaching experience. * Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar is desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation * Effective communication * Organizational skills * Ethics **Why Work at UVM?** We are Mexico’s largest private university, with 65 years of academic excellence, social commitment, and professional vision.
