The Position The Opportunity * Develops medical strategy with value propositions focused on ensuring the right patient receives the right treatment at the right time. * Builds deep understanding of the oncology ecosystem, with focus on Breast Cancer and precision medicine, and helps design the pathway to integrate personalized medicine into clinical practice. * Analyzes and interprets relevant medical and scientific data, as well as gathers insights from diverse sources, integrating them into the medical strategy with focus on our customers, delivering in-depth knowledge about Breast Cancer through medical education. * Leads, develops, co\-creates, and implements early access strategies, demonstrating the value of the portfolio for timely identification and treatment of patients with Breast Cancer. * As an enabling leader, builds and strengthens robust stakeholder engagement. * Collaborates closely with Oncology Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and Healthcare System Partners (HSPs) to identify and anticipate customer needs (Healthcare Professionals, patients, and payers), co\-creating and developing integrated solutions with various stakeholders that deliver maximum benefit to patients and align with the strategic vision and outcomes for timely and personalized healthcare. * Leverages and maximizes digital channels and tools to deliver meaningful customer experiences that add value to patients. * Leads the design and implementation of patient support programs aligned with the medical plan through Disease Diagnosis and Monitoring Programs, medication administration support, and education for early diagnosis and patient referral. * Collaborates with the Access and Public Policy teams to navigate the reimbursement process effectively and help foster a favorable environment for oncology. * Responsible for appropriate approval of promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with applicable local and global requirements for oncology. Local Evidence Generation * Collaborates with the RWE team to identify local evidence gaps and co\-create ecosystem-driven solutions with stakeholders to address these gaps and improve patient access and personalized care. * Works collaboratively with Clinical Operations to identify potential clinical trials that could generate local experience with our molecules. Medical Information * Ensures medical and product information is provided per standard operating procedures and local requirements, and that all data used in providing Medical Information is accurate and meets the needs of internal and external customers. * Provides necessary information and expertise in responses related to Breast Cancer when required. Patient Safety and Quality * Becomes an ambassador promoting patient safety by promptly reporting AEs and encouraging other internal and external colleagues to do the same. * Collaborates with the Quality team to ensure high standards of our products (participation in counterfeit and product-related quality meetings). * Ensures 100% completion of assigned trainings for this role. Market Access * Acts as an ambassador for Value\-Based Healthcare and Personalized Healthcare, going beyond medical/scientific aspects as a means to build sustainable healthcare systems placing the patient at the center, adopting a long-term perspective to engage in strategic topics. Experience * Strong knowledge of pathological areas within the franchise, including current and pipeline molecules, personalized medicine, and digital health. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Solid understanding of business needs and strategies. * Understanding of the local healthcare system, including regulatory and payer environments. * Substantial experience in clinical medical practice (if MD) and clinical research is an advantage. Education * A medical degree, master’s or doctoral degree in health sciences, or specialist certification is required. * Specializations in Oncology, Genetics, or Molecular Biology are desirable.
