Bring your leadership and hands\-on expertise and apply today **Responsibilities** * Represent the team during architectural discussions and technical feature grooming with product stakeholders * Collaborate with stakeholders to sharpen technical features and keep work aligned with strategy * Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks * Lead the offshore team in developing, improving, and maintaining code * Ensure microservices and REST APIs are implemented according to defined standards * Perform code reviews and reinforce adherence to CI/CD practices * Oversee unit testing and quality assurance activities * Participate in SAFe/scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning sessions * Mentor offshore developers to strengthen technical excellence * Track delivery progress and proactively surface and mitigate risks * Coordinate technical discussions between stakeholders and the development team **Requirements** * Proven 5\+ years development experience with Java and Spring Boot * Demonstrated leadership skills when directing offshore teams * Hands\-on project management experience working with cross\-functional scrum teams * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms * Solid understanding of Java messaging systems * Advanced expertise in Kubernetes * Proficiency in ReactJS * Practical experience with APIs and microservices architecture * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Effective communication and collaboration abilities * Advanced English proficiency (C1 — Advanced) **Nice to have** * Experience working with Apache Kafka * Expertise in Microsoft Azure * Apache Kafka certification * Azure Solutions Architect certification
