We are a software development and telecommunications company focused on creating innovative solutions that optimize customer experience—join our team as: **CUSTOMER PROSPECTING EXECUTIVE** What are we looking for? * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience prospecting enterprise clients (B2B), preferably with Contact Center, Software, IT, or Telecom solutions * Ability to identify target segments * Negotiation skills * Effective communication (written and oral) * Proficiency in lead prospecting and qualification techniques * Experience conducting cold calls and follow-ups * Ability to handle objections and respond to prospects’ frequently asked questions * Proactive profile **(MANDATORY)** What will be your main responsibilities? * Generating business opportunities through cold prospecting * Filtering, profiling, and assigning leads generated via various marketing strategies * Following up on leads through multiple channels: email, phone, WhatsApp, chatbot, Brevo * Collaborating with the team to identify growth opportunities and develop new business * Ensuring follow-up on qualified leads to drive their conversion into business opportunities What do we offer? * Professional growth within a continuously innovating company * People- and teamwork-focused culture * Challenges that drive your development Learn about our benefits: * Monday to Friday, 9\-6 PM * Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) * Professional development and continuous training * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (food vouchers, 30% vacation bonus, 30-day year-end bonus) * Food vouchers: $2,000 * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood Employment type: Full-time Workplace: Hybrid remote work in Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
