Desarrollo 1, Industrial Cuamatla, 54730 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx. **(Very close to Ford)** **Computer and mobile device repair and maintenance; hardware and software technical support** **We offer:** * Base salary: $9500 (tax-free) * Statutory benefits * Additional payment for repairs up to 3,000 * Stable and secure employment **Education:** Technical high school diploma in computer science or related field **Experience:** Minimum 1 year, with certification from a recognized brand. **Responsibilities:** Computer and mobile device repair: Receive devices assigned to the laboratory and report their condition to the module. Identify problems and faults in received equipment, verify diagnoses performed by the module, and provide appropriate solutions to restore functionality. Ensure equipment is repaired to the highest quality standards and within the shortest possible timeframe. Service order tracking via Intelisis: Handle assigned service orders under your user account. Perform accurate diagnosis and repair. Track procurement processes. Deliver repaired equipment to logistics, completing the logbook according to established policies. Administrative process support: Conduct technical and procedural training for laboratory technicians. Monitor KPIs for laboratory technicians regarding effectiveness and quality. Review incident and warranty quality.
