On-site technical support for convenience stores in Toluca South **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support for the entire fleet of PCs, point-of-sale systems, and peripherals (PIN pads \- ticket printers \- etc.) * Provide technical support for the entire CCTV system fleet * Provide basic network equipment support * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Customize equipment and restore data * Prepare equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory records * Manually record and track equipment movements \- shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in operational asset, inventory, or warehouse management * Minimum 6 months of professional experience * Technical knowledge of hardware (HW) * Technical knowledge of CCTV maintenance * Familiarity with ticketing (TKTS) management tools * Valid driver’s license **Additional Information** What benefits will you receive by joining us? * Statutory benefits * Fixed monthly bonuses for punctuality, attendance, and restaurant support * Grocery vouchers * Discounts with entertainment companies, gyms, language schools, universities, and more * Training plan and professional growth program Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
