Ensuring structural safety of assets GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform structural analysis of new or existing sites (including braced towers, self-supporting towers, monopoles and their foundations), and prepare formal written reports on tower capacity and recommendations for reinforcement project development in accordance with established procedures, standards and policies to increase structural capacity, as well as develop innovative solutions to improve structures and effectively supervise implementation of solutions to ensure structural safety of any company asset. JOB PROFILE: Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Degree holder. Specialization or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (not required). * 1 year of experience in telecommunications companies, knowledge of civil works related to telecommunications, customer service, and project follow-up. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Proficiency in structural analysis software such as Staad\-PRO, SAP 200, SAPS, etc., as well as AutoCAD for drawing consultation and review. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Work within existing processes to ensure structural safety of towers and foundations in coordination with other teams requiring technical support. 2\. Conduct structural analyses and generate engineering reports, issuing approval of the structure or reinforcement project along with execution recommendations. 3\. Verify that reinforcement drawings are correctly prepared for proper and timely execution.
