MAINTENANCE MANAGER A leading agrochemical company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join its team Location Near La Paz metro station Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (with availability for shift rotation if required) We Offer · Statutory benefits · Competitive monthly salary ranging from $16,000 to $18,000, depending on experience \+ Bonus for KPI achievement Key Responsibilities 1 Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities 2 Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production equipment. 3 Supervise the operation and maintenance of pumps, mills, compressors, blowers, motors, and electrical panels. 4 Ensure proper operation of the plant’s electrical substation and power distribution system. 5 Coordinate repair, fabrication, and modification work in the workshop (welding, lathe work, modifications) 6 Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance activities. 7 Supervise maintenance personnel and assign work orders. 8 Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with industrial safety standards. Required Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. · Personnel management experience · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude. Technical Knowledge: 1 Industrial mechanics applied to pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical seals 2 Industrial electricity: Three-phase motors, electrical panels, contactors, thermal relays, and electrical diagram interpretation. 3 Operation and maintenance of industrial mills (pearl mills, NETZSCH mills, hammer mills, classifiers) 4 Maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air systems 5 Knowledge of electrical substations and plant power distribution 6 Operation of process equipment such as reaction towers, agitators, and production lines 7 Welding, lathe operation, and fabrication of replacement parts for equipment repair 8 Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and spare parts control.
