This position is resposible the hardware installation of computer equipment, laptops, desktop computers, printers, etc. Also is responsible the Software installation. This role maintain a ticket management system to keep track of incidents and requests from associates. **Key Responsibilities** Maintain a ticket management system to keep track of incidents and requests from associates Identification/troubleshooting of basic hardware/software problems (computers, laser printers, thermal printers, direct, time clock, kiosks) "Hardware installation of computer equipment, laptops, desktop computers, printers, etc. Software installation." Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring its optimal operation (computers, printers, clock checkers). Assistance in troubleshooting Web browsers and installation of Internet plugins (Java configurations). Capability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. The position requires the management of confidential data and access to internal company systems. Troubleshooting support for all Microsoft Office suite applications. **Minimum Requirements** Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent Experience: 2 years Microsoft Office and Microsoft S365 knowledge General knowledge of remote working platforms Basic knowledge in Cherwell, RDP, Bomgar, VNC, Team viewer. General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS). Knowledge of laser printers, thermal transfer, direct printing, etc. Basic knowledge of zebra scanners and printers **Travel Requirements** 0%.
