Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments A company with over 50 years in the market and a leader in selling air conditioning and refrigeration parts and equipment is seeking an Inventory Clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and control. This position is critical to the company's strategic growth. **Job Objective:** Ensure inventory control and accuracy by properly inspecting, counting, and recording merchandise, guaranteeing that physical stock matches system records. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct periodic physical inventory counts (cyclical and full inventories) · Verify that physical stock matches system-recorded quantities. · Identify, analyze, and report inventory discrepancies. · Record and update inventory movements in the system. · Assist in receiving and inspecting merchandise. · Supervise proper product identification and storage location within the warehouse. · Prepare reports on inventory results and detected variances. · Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to maintain inventory control. · Participate in internal audits or inventory reviews as required. **Requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or merchandise handling. * Basic proficiency in Excel and inventory control systems. * Ability to perform accurate counts and handle data efficiently. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented attitude. * Availability for operational work inside the warehouse.
