




A leading national and international Customs Logistics company is seeking an Internal Control Assistant (Lomas de Chapultepec). **Job Objective:** Conduct the documentation collection, updating, and analysis of the Integrated Management System to generate and ensure properly defined processes for the benefit of the company. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineer, Business Management Engineer, or Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Committed to learning and developing within this field. **Experience and Knowledge** * Development of flowcharts (Visio software is mandatory). * Knowledge of risk management. * Development of risk and control matrices. * Knowledge of policy and procedure development. **Responsibilities** * Analyze internal processes to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls. * Review and update regulatory documents of the Integrated Management System to ensure their validity and compliance. * Coordinate and monitor internal, external, and certification audits, ensuring their proper execution. * Verify compliance with policies and procedures according to audit requirements and quality standards. * Prepare reports on audit findings, identifying improvement actions and responsible parties for follow-up. * Monitor progress toward quality objectives and develop action or remediation plans when necessary.
