Job Summary: Everlux is seeking operational staff to assist with installation of natural lighting systems, fieldwork, and warehouse operations, requiring a responsible attitude and teamwork. Opportunity for career growth within the company. **Everlux** is seeking operational staff to join its installation team near CFE Ruiz Cortines**.** **Location and Schedule:** * Area: Monterrey, N.L. (Reference: near Ecovía). * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Saturdays: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm. **Main Requirements:** **Education**: Completed junior high school. **Age**: 22 years or older. **Skills**: Responsible attitude, teamwork, and willingness to perform fieldwork (heights/outdoors). **Experience**: * Interior finishing skills. * Proficiency in using hand tools. * Experience related to construction and fieldwork; windows, closets, kitchens, furniture, etc. **Driver's License***:* Mandatory. **Responsibilities**: * **Assistance in installation** of natural lighting systems (tubular skylights) * **Fieldwork** across various projects * **Warehouse support**: counting, organizing, receiving, and shipping goods **We Offer**: * Weekly salary (Gross) * Statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage) * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Life insurance * Opportunity for career growth within the company Salary: $3,185\.00 \- $4,025\.00 per week Experience: * Construction: 1 year (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Valid Driver's License (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
