**TOROSQUI, A MEXICAN COMPANY WITH 38 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND A PASSION FOR NEW TECHNOLOGIES, IS SEEKING DUE TO EXPANSION:** **INJECTION MOLD TECHNICIAN** Requirements: **Experience** * Knowledge of molds in the automotive or household plastic industry * **Education** * Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * **Main Responsibilities** * \- Disassembly and assembly of injection molds. * \- Deep cleaning of components (cavities, ejectors, plates). * \- Application of lubricants and anti-corrosives. * \- Inspection of ejection systems (pins, plates, springs). * \- Inspection of cooling channels and detection of blockages. * \- Detection of wear on inserts, guides, and bushings. * \- Removal of flash or plastic residues. * \- Maintenance logging in record books. * \- Support for mold fitters and process technicians. * \- Preparation of molds for production. **Skills** * \- Attention to detail (critical for detecting minor defects). * \- Teamwork with production and fitting departments. * \- Order and cleanliness (5S methodology). * \- Basic fault diagnosis. * \- Responsibility and discipline. * \- Ability to work under pressure.
