REMOTE MEXICO COSTA RICA October 8, 2025 Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UI Experimentation Platform Engineer for a full\-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a San Francisco\-based company that offers an online personal styling service, leveraging advanced AI, machine learning, and expert stylists to deliver personalized clothing recommendations. As a data\-driven retail platform, it combines technology and human insight to transform how people discover and shop for clothing. *Data \& Business Systems Team is at the core of the company ecosystem, enabling the partners to operate with data\-driven precision and innovate with a client\-driven purpose.* *They ingest, transform, store, build, analyze, and surface the foundations that enable the partners to turn information into insight and ideas into product. As an experienced UI engineer, you will be responsible for the front\-end applications that the stakeholders rely on. You will have the chance to support and influence the entryway to experimentation for many of the partners.* *These UIs enable research into human\-in\-the\-loop behavior through experimental design, workflow orchestration, and analysis, driving strategic business decisions. This role will support projects across two high\-visibility teams, Data Platform and Experimentation.* REQUIREMENTS * 5\+ years of work experience in user interface (UI) development. * A degree in an engineering or user experience development field. * Experience building scalable and maintainable production applications in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Python. * Expertise in partnering cross\-functionally and enjoying gathering input from stakeholders. * The ability to help simplify and move complex problems forward. * A practical and proactive communicator who helps translate user needs into cohesive and well\-designed products. * Innovative and inspired individual to take on new challenges, and you do not shy away from potential failure RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and build user experiences for internal applications that are integral to the business's operations. * Collaborate with teams across the company, including data science, data engineering, product, platform engineering, and experimentation, to deliver user experiences that are easy\-to\-use, easy\-to\-understand, and easy\-to\-maintain. * Be a strategic voice in the design and development of high\-impact projects. * Build a culture of technical collaboration and scalable, resilient systems. * Work with bright and kind colleagues who are passionate about their craft.
