Management and supervision of program and personnel execution. **Papel San Francisco is looking for your talent!** **Predictive Maintenance** **Requirements:** **Education:** Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics, or related field. **Minimum experience:** 2 years in Predictive Maintenance. **Knowledge of:** * Diagnosis and analysis of predictive maintenance techniques. * Industrial automation and control. * Mechanics, pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electricity. * Use of predictive maintenance tools (e.g., thermal imaging camera) for analysis and interpretation of graphs. * Application of quality tools (PDCA, 8D). * **Flexible working hours.** **Key Responsibilities:** ● Propose continuous improvements within your scope of work by redesigning machinery components according to established procedures. ● Develop, implement, and manage predictive maintenance programs in coordination with area supervisors and the maintenance planner. ● Manage and supervise the execution of predictive maintenance programs as well as personnel under your supervision. ● Identify potential problem areas or opportunities and generate maintenance alerts or work orders. ● Provide feedback to the scheduler and planner regarding incidents occurring during preventive maintenance shutdowns. **We Offer:** **Direct employment with the company.** **Benefits exceeding legal requirements.** **Transportation (Ciénega de Flores, Escobedo, and Apodaca).** **Excellent salary.** **Free parking.** **Salary increases.** **Position Type:** Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
