




Position Summary: TYLin seeks a Civil Engineer specialized in hydraulics to develop and manage drainage and channel realignment projects, supporting integration with other disciplines. We manage valuable resources by finding more sustainable solutions. **TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Preparation of hydrological studies and flood risk assessments; development of minor and major drainage projects; development of longitudinal drainage projects; channel realignment design; minimum subgrade analysis; hydraulic modeling; hydrological and hydraulic calculation reports; hydraulic expert opinions; hydraulic performance reports. Supporting the integration of linear infrastructure projects with other disciplines such as topography, geotechnics, alignment, structures, systems, etc. REQUIREMENTS Civil Engineer with specialization in hydraulics and/or highway hydraulic engineering. Proven experience in minor and major drainage works for highway and railway projects. Knowledge of SICT regulations and standards for highway studies and projects (hydrology and hydraulics deliverables). Theoretical knowledge of hydrology: regionalization, development of IDF curves, determination of flow rates using direct and indirect methods. Theoretical knowledge of hydraulics: hydraulic analysis of culverts and bridges; anti\-scour protection; hydraulic modeling; river hydraulics. Solid knowledge of geometric design for roads and railways. Practical knowledge of topography (desirable). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC\-RAS, QGIS/ArcGIS, and HEC\-HMS software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel… Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience.
